Payment Methods

Reservations must be made with due anticipation, it is recommended to make at least 30 days in advance to the day of your arrival. In this way it will be possible to book the trips, hotels and services that will be necessary to have a pleasant stay in our country. Only reservations made in writing and / or through our website will be accepted.

PAYMENTS:

Your reservation will be confirmed after you have received a minimum deposit (50%) of the total amount per person. The total amount must be canceled 7 days before your arrival.

A- Bank Transfer

• INTERBANK bank.
• Credit Bank of Peru.

RATES:

All rates are in US dollars and in Peruvian soles and are subject to change without notice. The rate is per person.

CANCELLATIONS:

• The no-presentation of the passenger (s) will result in the total loss of the service contracted without any right of refund.
• Also, the cancellation or withdrawal of the services contracted during the trip will not be entitled to any refund.
• Some services may be disrupted or canceled due to weather or air conditions. In this case, no refund will be granted as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.

• INCA’S JOURNEY EIRL. Reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions in the itineraries when deemed necessary or obligatory. The luggage will always travel under the care and responsibility of its owner. No money will be reimbursed for unused services such as hotel nights, meals, travel, tours, etc. And which have been reserved previously.

Once the 50% deposit has been sent, send the money receipt to reservas@incasjourneyperu.com and we will send you the confirmation of the tour and payment of the reservation.

Note: If you are inside Peru you do not need the Swith code to make a transfer.
