Manu Shipetiari Community Gastronomic Experience 4 Days / 3 Nights

Itinerary

The Manu biosphere reserve has always been the territory of ancestral peoples such as the Matsiguenkas, considered to be the expert hunters and experts in the use of medicinal plants, whose heritage goes back thousands of years.

In this program we will learn a little about the daily life of the Matsiguenkas, and what better way, than through gastronomy, which is a permanent source of cultural expression, we will learn to prepare one of the most representative dishes of the Amazon. Prepare your own “Cocona Sour”, “Juane”, etc. and appease the heat of the jungle, enjoying the gastronomy that the jungle offers us.
